Who this programme is for

Brand owners

Launch your own laryngoscope line without building a factory.

Distributors and importers

An exclusive, branded range for your market in Africa, Asia or the Middle East.

Tender suppliers

Consistent, documented products for hospital and government contracts.

Emergency and training suppliers

Kits configured for ambulances, military use or skills training.

Private label or full OEM?

Both put your brand on the product. The difference is how much of the product itself changes. Many partners start with private label and move to full OEM once the range is selling.

Private label

GERATI's proven standard models with your branding.

  • Your logo, marking and packaging
  • Faster, with fewer approvals
  • Lower MOQ
  • Best for distributors launching a branded range quickly

Full OEM

Our models modified to your specification, or built to your design.

  • Finishes, styling and design details, plus branding and packaging
  • Needs samples and sign-off
  • Higher MOQ, depending on the changes
  • Best for brand owners building a distinct product line

Documents for registration

We supply the documents your regulator typically asks for.

  • ISO 13485 certificate
  • EU declaration of conformity and CE documentation
  • Technical file summary and product specifications
  • Test reports
  • Free sale certificate and certificate of origin
  • IFU and labelling files

Who is the legal manufacturer? When a product is sold under your brand, your regulator may treat your company as the legal manufacturer, especially under the EU Medical Device Regulation. That brings duties such as holding technical documentation and handling complaints. We explain what applies in your market and supply the documents we hold, so you can plan registration from the start. Requirements differ by country, so always confirm with your local authority.

Buffer stock programme

We can hold finished stock of your branded products at our facility, so you call off shipments when you need them instead of waiting for a full production run.

  • Faster deliveries from ready stock
  • Steady supply for hospital and government tenders
  • Smaller call-offs, while production runs at MOQ scale

Stock level, holding period and call-off terms are agreed in your OEM contract.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order a mix of models to reach the MOQ?

Often, yes, for private label orders on standard models. Custom finishes and design changes usually need the MOQ per model. We confirm this in your quotation.

Will my designs and pricing be kept confidential?

Yes. Your artwork, specifications and commercial terms are covered by confidentiality terms in the OEM contract.

Can I get exclusivity in my country?

Exclusive arrangements for a territory can be discussed, usually linked to agreed annual volumes.

Are your blades compatible with other brands' handles?

Our blades and handles use the hook-on fitting dimensions in ISO 7376, and fiber optic models follow the green system. We recommend testing samples with the equipment already used in your market.

Can you help with registration in my country?

We supply the documents we hold and explain what is typically required. Registration itself is usually done by the local importer or brand owner.

Do you offer samples before a full order?

Yes. Pre-production samples are part of every new OEM project and take 2 to 3 weeks.
