• Enquiries and quotes — your name, company or hospital name, job title, email, phone number, country and the details of your request, when you use our contact or quote forms, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Accounts and orders — your name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and order history, when you create an account or place an order.
• Returns and complaints — your order details, photos of the product and your description of the problem.

Information collected automatically:

• Technical data — your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time spent on the site.
• Cookies — small files stored on your device (see section 4).

Payment details: if you pay online, card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our products are intended for healthcare professionals, institutions and trade buyers.
