Intraligamentary Dental Syringe — Lever-Action (Ref. 11-012)

The GERATI Ref. 11-012 is a pen-style, lever-action intraligamentary dental syringe for intra-ligamentary (periodontal ligament) anaesthesia. It places local anaesthetic directly into the ligament to anaesthetise one tooth at a time. The pen-style body and side lever let the operator apply firm, controlled pressure for targeted single-tooth anaesthesia.

Clinical use

The syringe supports intra-ligamentary (PDL) anaesthesia during single-tooth restorative and surgical work. The side lever drives the plunger to deliver anaesthetic into dense ligament tissue, while the ribbed grip section gives a secure hold during the procedure.

Construction and materials

The syringe is made of surgical-grade stainless steel (AISI 303/304) with a mirror finish, which resists corrosion and withstands repeated autoclave sterilisation. It is designed for standard 1.8 ml dental anaesthetic cartridges, is reusable, and is autoclavable at 134 °C (2 bar).
